Mobil Card Promotion- Terms and conditions
1. Promoter
This offer is conducted by Mobil Oil Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 88 004 052 984), Level 9, 664 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 (“Mobil”).
2. Acceptance of Terms
Information on how to participate in this offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion is available in Australia from 00:01 (AEDT) on 1st December 2024 until 23:59 (AEDT) on 21st December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
4. Eligibility and Application Requirements
To qualify for this promotion, a new Mobil Card application must be submitted and approved between 1st November and 30th November 2024 (“Application Period”). Participation is open only to Australian businesses with a valid ACN/ABN. All applicants and their authorized representatives must be over 18 years old on the date of application. This promotion is not a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to treat. Mobil reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
5. Reward Details
Eligible accounts will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card for every 1,000 litres of Unleaded Petrols, E10, Premium 95 and 98 and all Diesel products purchased using an approved Mobil Card during the Promotion Period. Exclusions apply to LPG and AdBlue.
6. Issuance and Delivery of Mobil Cards and Gift Cards
Mobil will endeavor to issue Mobil Cards promptly after approval. However, Mobil accepts no responsibility or liability for delays in the issuance of Mobil Cards that may affect the customer’s ability to participate in the promotion, whether due to postal delays, incomplete information provided by applicants, or any other factors outside Mobil’s direct control. Visa Gift Cards will be issued to eligible accounts at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Mobil is not liable for delays or losses in the delivery of Visa Gift Cards beyond its control, including postal delays or inaccurate information provided by participants. 7. Right to Modify or Withdraw
Mobil reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw this promotion at any time prior to the approval of applications without notice. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
8. Privacy and Data Handling
By participating in this promotion and submitting your details, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy policy. Your data will be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including contacting you about our products and services. You can opt-out any time by following the instructions provided in our communications or by reviewing the opt-out procedures outlined in our Privacy policy or writing to us at sales@mobilcard.com.au.
9. Fees and Charges
All Mobil Card accounts are subject to standard fees and charges as outlined in the Mobil Card Terms And Conditions | Mobil Australia unless otherwise agreed in writing between Mobil and the customer.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobil is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from or in connection with this promotion or the use of the Mobil Card. Mobil is not liable for claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted due to circumstances beyond Mobil’s reasonable control.
11. Post-Promotion Terms
At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, standard Mobil Card terms will apply as outlined in the Mobil Card Terms and Conditions | Mobil Australia.
